Dr. Lakyn Crist
Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.), graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2013
After opening Crist Chiropractic Center in Chama, New Mexico, the same year, she began practicing chiropractic. Since 2014, she has also worked as a chiropractor in Ghana, eventually relocating Crist Chiropractic Center to Accra in 2019.
Specializing in care for pregnant women and children, Dr. Crist has collaborated with traditional herbalists and indigenous midwives in the US, providing care to in low-income communities and at the Standing Rock Oceti Sakowin Water Protector Camp. Additionally, she has worked as a locum chiropractor and homebirth midwife.
Driven by a passion for community wellness, birthwork, and human rights, Dr. Crist dedicates herself to humanitarian work, activism, and serving others. She ensures her clients' nervous systems function optimally, no matter where they are on life's journey.
